This educational game is designed for preschool children. It runs on iPhone/iPod and assists children in learning letters, numbers and shapes. It uses fondly drawn images of animals to train the perceptual skills of the player.

Game modes

Animal numbers and letters features 6 diversified modes plus an random mode. Each mode increases in its level of difficulty in the course of the game.

Assign an animal
The first letter of an animal’s name is shown: Assign it to the right one!

Count the animals
A number is shown. Find the group with this number of animals!

Find the silhouette
An animal is shown. Find the correct silhouette from a choice of outlines!

First letter
An animal is shown. Choose its first letter from a list!

Learning numbers
A group of animals is presented. Choose the right number from a set numbers!

Find an animal
A contour of an animal is shown. Choose the animal that fits to the silhouette!

Random mode
Randomly, the before mentioned modes are played. This trains awareness and understanding of the task. Additionally, the level of difficulty of the single tasks is higher in random mode.


Help and motivation

If the player does not find the correct answer, an integrated help function assists in finding the right one.

After solving 5 consecutive tasks correctly, a large image of an animal is displayed as an incentive.
